The project actions persist in time. The report on SDG indicators managed by the SD Units will gradually improve year by year after the project ends, and the Bhutanese and Nepalese universities are expected to progress positively on their holistic process of providing higher quality education and contributing to achieving relevant SDGs at the country level.

The baseline value of the indicators obtained during the initial stages of the project represented the initial value before any actions increasing the participants’ commitment to the SDGs had been taken.
