We established relevant learning settings through a participatory process at the local level involving local stakeholders (businesses, NGOs, public institutions, policymakers and individuals) who collaborated with the project.

The learning settings were locally defned to be relevant for the learners and
communities in which they are immersed. The partners identifed 32 relevant
stakeholders to collaborate with the project. These partnerships have helped
create diverse and cross-boundary learning settings and facilitate new possibilities for learning to become a source of creativity and innovation.
